Where are your products made?

Each Luna & Sol piece is made in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. Our talented team there work so hard to make sure each piece is uniquely perfect!

Are all Luna & Sol products ethically made?

YES! This is something we are so passionate about. We have a very close relationship with our craftsmen and women! We support their trade, and are in awe of their talent.

How do I care for my pieces?

Here at Luna & Sol, we want you to be able to wear your treasures for a life time.

All of our pieces are made from 925 solid sterling silver. With just a little love and care, they will remain in perfect condition - a staple for you to wear for many, many years!

Our gold plated pieces are extra special, which means they need a little extra care.

They’re made from sterling silver, coated with a 22ct yellow gold plating which is 2 microns thick. It then is dipped in a protective layer on top!

For the best longevity, we recommend taking them off when ever you shower or swim, and avoid them coming into contact with perfume, chlorine, and skin products. 

Some skin products contain ingredients that will react to the silver and/or gold plate and cause it to either tarnish or fade quicker then usual.

All orders will be packed/shipped within 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3-8 business days Australia wide. Tracking Numbers will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 

I brought something and changed my mind can I swap it?

We don’t offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. 

What’s your warranty?

If you have purchased a piece and it has been damaged or broken within 1 MONTH of the purchase date we will need proof of purchase and images of the product, which we will assess and make the decision if the item is in fact faulty or its damaged from general wear and tear or hasn’t been cared for correctly. If the item is faulty and within 1 month of purchase date we will require it to be sent back to us and we will send a replacement. We do not cover any wear and tear and it’s up to the discretion of our team to determine what is faulty and what is general wear and tear.

Use a small piece of thread / dental floss to measure the ring, mark the diameter of the piece, then use a ruler to measure the string for more accuracy.
